I am a tax resolution and bankruptcy attorney of counsel to AccuVisors. I assist in resolving tax controversies by obtaining installment agreements; offers-in-compromise; release of tax levies and liens; and when appropriate placing taxpayers in hardship or currently not collectable status.
I graduated with a B.S. degree from Arizona State University in 1970. I earned my Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension in 1987 and my J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1991.
I was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1997, and also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court in 1997.
I travelled the world in my youth including living and working four years in The Netherlands and four years in India. I studied the Dutch and Punjabi languages as a second language at local colleges while living abroad.
